About Layna Cirelli

Layna Cirelli

Structural Integration Therapist & Movement Educator

A lifetime commitment to the expression of body and spirit through movement

The human body is not biomechanical, it is a tensegrity structure.
It strengthens when it is expanded, and weakens when it is compressed.
