Your body is a three-dimensional web of connective tissue (fascia).  Embedded within this web are all your muscles, bones, organs, tendons, ligaments, blood vessels and nerves.  Its function is to support, protect, separate and connect all these different aspects of your internal space. It not only coordinates movement across functional lines, it also helps to lubricate the muscles and cells of your body.  Fascia – not muscles – hold posture. It gives muscles their shape and the body its structure.  

Because of its unique role in supporting and protecting our body, fascia has more plasticity than elasticity.  This means it responds mostly to slow, consistent and persistent movement.

Applying my decades of movement study, I have designed a series of unique fascial stretches that will decompress the joints of the body, correct common postural issues, lengthen, and strengthen your body.  These stretches are simple, targeted and held for an extended period of time, catalyzing changes that can be felt immediately.

Whether you want to improve your posture, relieve pain, reach a new fitness goal, or simply feel better – classes are perfect for all ages and abilities.
